Sleep Tight Herbal Tea Blend

Sleep Tight Herbal Tea is a Calming Herbal Tea for Restful Evenings, Nervous System Support & Slow Bedtime Rituals
In today’s world, many of us find ourselves overstimulated.
From the constant demands that keep us running, noise, screens, endless information, and the pressure to somehow keep everything in balance — work, home, wellness, relationships, responsibilities — our nervous systems can slowly become stuck in overdrive.
Long days and constant busyness linger in the body. Thoughts continue racing long after the house becomes quiet. The nervous system forgets how to soften.
Sleep Tight Tea was created as a gentle evening ritual for these seasons — a soft, calming herbal blend intended to help the body unwind, exhale, and slowly settle into rest.
Created with traditionally calming herbs like chamomile, lemon balm, lavender, oat straw, and passionflower, this blend was intentionally formulated to feel comforting, grounding, and soothing without feeling overly heavy or medicinal.
This tea was created as part of our own healing journey during a season when burnout had our systems running in overdrive. The calming herbs, combined with the ritual of intentionally slowing down and nourishing both mind and body, slowly became part of our evenings — warm mugs after long days, quiet conversations, books before bed, dim lighting, and moments of intentional rest before sleep.
Unlike highly sedating nighttime teas, Sleep Tight Tea is designed to gently support relaxation and nervous system restoration while still feeling soft, cozy, and enjoyable to drink regularly.
It has become one of our favorite evening rituals during stressful seasons, emotionally overwhelming periods, and times when deeper rest and restoration are needed.

Ingredients
Equipment
Method
- Mix herbs thoroughly in a large bowl until evenly combined.
- Because loose herbs can become dusty during blending, it is recommended to wear a dust mask while mixing larger batches.
- Store the finished blend in an airtight glass container away from direct sunlight, heat, and moisture to preserve freshness, aroma, and potency.
- Single Cup Preparation
- Add 1–2 teaspoons of Sleep Tight Tea to 8–10 oz hot water.
- Teapot or Evening Batch
- Use approximately 1 tablespoon of tea per 2 cups of water.
- This blend can be prepared in a tea kettle, teapot, or small saucepan, though a cast iron pot creates an especially rich and comforting nighttime infusion.
- Pour water just below boiling over the herbs and cover while steeping to help preserve the delicate calming aromatics from lavender, chamomile, and lemon balm.
- Allow tea to steep for 15–20 minutes for deeper herbal extraction and a more relaxing evening cup.
- Strain and enjoy warm about 30–60 minutes before bedtime.
