You don’t have to navigate everything on your own.

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, disconnected from yourself, stuck in patterns that no longer fit, or unsure how to move forward, this is a space where you can slow down, reconnect, and begin creating a life that feels more aligned with who you are.

Together, we’ll create space for greater awareness, self-understanding, and meaningful change—at a pace that feels supportive for you.

If you’re wondering whether this work might be a good fit, you’ll find information about scheduling a complimentary consultation call at the bottom of this page.

Why I Do This Work

My fascination with people, relationships, and healing began long before my formal education.

As far back as I can remember, I’ve been curious about what shapes us, what drives human behavior, and why we do the things we do. Even as a child, I seemed drawn to understanding emotions, relationships, and what was happening beneath the surface.

Over the years, my curiosity about people deepened into a genuine love for hearing their stories, understanding their experiences, and exploring what helps us heal, grow, and reconnect with ourselves.

At the same time, I’ve walked through my own challenges, losses, and seasons of suffering. Those experiences have deepened both my compassion and my understanding of what it means to be human.

While my work is grounded in education, training, and professional experience, it is equally rooted in a genuine love for people and a deep belief in our capacity for healing and growth.

I believe that meaningful change often happens in relationship—when we have a safe space to tell the truth about our experience, feel seen and understood, and explore new ways of relating to ourselves, others, and the world around us.

It is an honor to create that kind of space and walk alongside another person on their journey.

What This Work Is

Through a holistic lens, we look at the full picture—your mental, physical, and emotional well-being—and how these parts of you are deeply connected and influence one another.

Together, we explore not only your challenges, but also your strengths, values, relationships, patterns, and the deeper parts of yourself that may be longing for attention, healing, or change.

Rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach, our work is tailored to your unique needs, experiences, and goals.

This is a space to slow down, build awareness, reconnect with yourself, and create meaningful change that feels authentic, sustainable, and aligned with who you are.

My Approach

My work is grounded in both formal training and integrative, body-centered practices.

I draw from a range of education and modalities, including:

  • A Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy
  • Somatic (body-based) awareness practices
  • Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed perspectives
  • Focalizing — a body-based practice that supports connection to your innate inner wisdom and capacity for healing
  • Ongoing courses and trainings in mental health and emotional wellness

Rather than using these approaches in a rigid or prescriptive way, I gently integrate them in a way that feels most helpful for you. My role is to walk alongside you with support, curiosity, compassion, guidance, and practical tools as you build awareness, explore patterns, and create meaningful, sustainable change.

Experience & Areas of Support

Throughout my professional work, I have had the privilege of supporting individuals, couples, and families from a variety of backgrounds and life stages.

My experience has included working with people navigating anxiety, grief, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, questions of identity and purpose, feelings of being stuck or disconnected, and the many complexities that come with being human.

While every person’s journey is unique, these experiences have deepened my understanding of the challenges people face and strengthened my belief in our capacity for healing, growth, and meaningful change.

What It’s Like To Work With Me

People often describe me as warm, compassionate, grounded, and easy to talk with.

One of my favorite professors once compared this work to a Sherpa guiding someone up a mountain. The Sherpa doesn’t climb the mountain for you, but they bring experience, perspective, encouragement, and guidance along the way.

That analogy has stayed with me for years because it reflects how I view this work.

My role is not to carry the load for you or tell you what to do or who to be. Rather, I walk alongside you with support, curiosity, practical tools, and guidance as you navigate your own path toward healing, growth, and lasting meaningful change.

You don’t have to have everything figured out before you begin.

A Supportive & Collaborative Space

At the heart of this work is creating a space that feels supportive, collaborative, respectful, and grounded.

A space where you can build awareness, reconnect with yourself, explore new perspectives, develop practical tools, and move toward meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.

Your experience, your goals, and your unique path are always honored.

What This Work Is Not

This work is supportive and meaningful, but it’s important to be clear about what it is—and what it is not.

Coaching is not therapy, medical care, or mental health treatment.

I do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions, and this work is not a substitute for working with a licensed therapist, physician, or other healthcare provider.

If you are currently under the care of a provider, I encourage you to continue that support alongside this work.

This is also not about giving you all the answers or telling you what to do or who to be.

Instead, this is a collaborative process—one where we explore, reflect, and gently work toward what feels most aligned for you.

The intention is to create a space that feels supportive, grounded, and empowering—without pressure, judgement, or expectation.

This May Be For You If You’re Feeling:

  • Overwhelmed, anxious, or burnt out
  • Disconnected from yourself or unsure what you need
  • Stuck in patterns that don’t feel aligned with who you are
  • Like something feels “off,” even if you can’t fully explain it
  • Ready to make changes, but not sure where to begin
  • Navigating a life transition and feeling uncertain or untethered
  • Wanting to feel more grounded, clear, and supported in your day-to-day life

You don’t need to have everything figured out to begin. We move at a pace that feels supportive for you—there’s no pressure to rush the process.

What You Can Expect

This work is not about quick fixes or forcing change.

Together, we create space for greater awareness, self-understanding, and exploration of what feels most aligned for you.

As this process unfolds, you may begin to:

• Develop a deeper understanding of your thoughts, emotions, patterns, and experiences

• Increase awareness of what supports you—and what may no longer be serving you

• Reconnect with yourself, your values, and what feels meaningful to you

• Explore new perspectives, possibilities, and ways of relating to yourself and others

• Create changes that feel more intentional, sustainable, and aligned with your life

Growth is not always linear, and sometimes greater awareness can bring up difficult emotions before clarity emerges. We move at a pace that feels supportive and respectful of where you are.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this therapy?

No—this is not therapy, counseling, or medical care.
This is a coaching space focused on awareness, support, and creating meaningful, aligned change in your life. If you are currently working with a therapist or medical provider, I encourage you to continue that support alongside this work.

Do I need to have a clear goal before starting?

Not at all.
Many people come in feeling unsure, overwhelmed, or simply knowing something feels “off.” We can begin exactly where you are and gently explore from there.

What happens during a session?

Each session is a space to slow down and explore what’s been coming up for you.
We may talk through current challenges, notice patterns, and bring awareness to both your thoughts and your body. The process is flexible and guided by what feels most supportive for you.

How many sessions will I need?

This is different for everyone.
Some people come for a few sessions around a specific challenge, while others choose to continue longer-term for deeper support. We can always adjust based on what feels right for you.

What if I’m not sure this is the right fit?

That’s completely okay.
The free consultation call is a space to connect, ask questions, and get a feel for the work—there’s no pressure to move forward.

What is holistic wellness coaching?

Holistic wellness coaching looks at the whole person—mental, emotional, physical, and relational well-being. Rather than focusing on a single issue, we explore how different areas of life influence one another and work toward meaningful, sustainable change.
