Integrative Coaching

Welcome. You don’t have to navigate everything on your own.

Sometimes life can feel overwhelming. You may be feeling anxious, depressed, or emotionally exhausted; navigating difficulties in a relationship; grieving a loss; facing an important decision; or trying to find your footing in the midst of a major life transition.

Sometimes old patterns keep showing up in ways that leave you feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward.

And sometimes you simply know that something feels off—even if you can’t quite explain why.

Together, we’ll make room for greater awareness, self-understanding, healing, and meaningful growth—at a pace that feels supportive for you.

If you’re wondering whether this work might be a good fit, you’ll find information about scheduling a complimentary consultation call at the bottom of this page.

How We’ll Work Together

You don’t need to arrive with everything figured out. We simply start where you are.

My role isn’t to tell you who to be or what path to take. Instead, I offer a warm, supportive space where we can slow down, explore what’s happening with curiosity, and make room for greater understanding and new possibilities.

Through a holistic lens, we’ll look at the broader picture of your life—your mental, emotional, physical, relational, and spiritual well-being—and the ways these different parts of your experience influence one another.

Together, we may notice recurring patterns, explore your strengths, values, relationships, and needs, reconnect with parts of yourself that have been overlooked, and consider new perspectives and ways of moving forward.

There is no one-size-fits-all approach. Our work is shaped around your unique experiences, beliefs, needs, and goals, and we move at a pace that feels supportive for you.

A Note About This Work

Coaching is not therapy, medical care, or mental health treatment. I do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions, and this work is not a substitute for care from a licensed therapist, physician, or other healthcare provider. If you are currently under the care of a provider, I encourage you to continue that support alongside this work.

What You Can Expect

Every coaching journey is unique, but over time many people begin to notice meaningful shifts in how they relate to themselves and their lives.

As our work unfolds, you may begin to:

• Understand recurring patterns with greater clarity rather than self-criticism.

• Feel more connected to your emotions instead of overwhelmed by them.

• Develop greater self-compassion and confidence in your own inner wisdom.

• Respond to life’s challenges with more intention and less reactivity.

• Feel more grounded in your relationships, values, and daily life.

• Make choices that feel more aligned with the life you want to build.

Growth isn’t always linear, and sometimes greater awareness brings difficult emotions before clarity emerges. We will always move at your pace, in a way that feels supportive and respectful of your goals, needs, and where you are.

My Education, Experience & Approach

I bring together formal education in counseling psychology, professional experience supporting individuals, couples, and families, and ongoing training in evidence-informed approaches to emotional wellbeing and personal growth.

Throughout my professional work, I have had the privilege of walking alongside people navigating anxiety, grief, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, questions of identity and purpose, and feelings of being stuck or disconnected. These experiences have deepened my compassion and continually reinforced my belief in our capacity for healing, growth, and meaningful change.

I draw from a range of education, training, and evidence-informed approaches, including:

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy

• Attachment Theory-informed perspectives

• Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)-informed perspectives

• Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed perspectives

• Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)-informed perspectives

• Somatic (body-based) awareness practices

• Focalizing: A somatic approach to connecting with the body’s inner wisdom and innate ability to move toward healing (The Focalizing Institute)

• Ongoing professional courses and trainings in mental health, emotional wellness, and personal growth

Rather than applying any one approach in a rigid way, I integrate them thoughtfully based on your unique needs, strengths, and goals. My role is to walk alongside you with curiosity, compassion, practical tools, and support as you build awareness, reconnect with yourself, and create meaningful, sustainable change.

The Philosophy Behind My Coaching

Everything we do together is grounded in one simple belief:

Healing and growth don’t happen because we force change. They emerge when we cultivate enough safety to become curious. Curiosity expands awareness. Awareness opens the door to new choices. Over time, those choices and new ways of experiencing the world create lasting growth.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this therapy?

No—this is not therapy, counseling, or medical care.
This is a coaching space focused on awareness, support, and creating meaningful, aligned change in your life. If you are currently working with a therapist or medical provider, I encourage you to continue that support alongside this work.

Do I need to have a clear goal before starting?

Not at all.
Many people come in feeling unsure, overwhelmed, or simply knowing something feels “off.” We can begin exactly where you are and gently explore from there.

What happens during a session?

Each session is a space to slow down and explore what’s been coming up for you.
We may talk through current challenges, notice patterns, and bring awareness to both your thoughts and your body. The process is flexible and guided by what feels most supportive for you.

How many sessions will I need?

This is different for everyone.
Some people come for a few sessions around a specific challenge, while others choose to continue longer-term for deeper support. We can always adjust based on what feels right for you.

What if I’m not sure this is the right fit?

That’s completely okay.
