Life can be challenging. Sometimes we find ourselves overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, grieving, or simply longing for something to change. Through stress, responsibilities, painful relationships, major life transitions, past wounds, or the quiet accumulation of everyday demands, we can gradually lose our connection to who we are. Sometimes we lose sight of what we need. Sometimes we wonder if we’ll ever feel like ourselves again. And sometimes, even getting through the day feels difficult.

When we’re hurting, it’s natural to want the pain to go away. We often push ourselves to try harder, fix ourselves, or get back to who we used to be. But healing isn’t something we force. It’s something we create the conditions for.

That’s why I created A Full Cup Life.

It grew from a simple understanding: healing doesn’t happen because we force ourselves to change. It begins when we create enough safety to slow down, become curious, reconnect with ourselves, and take small, meaningful steps forward.

A Full Cup Life brings together psychology, lived experience, and evidence-informed approaches to wellness to offer thoughtful guidance, practical resources, and compassionate support for navigating life’s challenges and creating meaningful, lasting change.

What Guides This Work

Everything you’ll find at A Full Cup Life—from coaching and articles to recipes, guided meditations, tea blends, and everyday wellness practices—grows from one simple understanding of healing.

Healing and growth don’t happen because we force change.

They emerge when we cultivate enough safety to become curious.

Curiosity expands awareness.

Awareness opens the door to new choices.

And over time, those choices create lasting growth.

This philosophy shapes everything I create and every resource you’ll find here.

Hi, I’m Sharon.

For much of my life, I’ve been fascinated by one question:

What helps people truly heal and grow?

That question has led me through graduate training in counseling psychology, years of working with clients, raising a family through difficult seasons, studying trauma and relationships, and ultimately building A Full Cup Life.

Today I bring all of those experiences together to help people reconnect with themselves and create lives that feel more grounded, connected, and fully lived.
