Hi, I’m Sharon.
I created A Full Cup Life as a space for gentle, grounded support for the whole person—mind, body, emotions, and soul. Through holistic wellness practices, emotional well-being support, practical resources, and integrative coaching, my hope is to help others create lives that feel more connected, meaningful, and aligned with who they are and what matters most to them.

🌿 Welcome to A Full Cup Life

This space was created from a simple idea:

That feeling well doesn’t come from doing more…
but from returning to what actually nourishes you.

A Full Cup Life is a place for gentle, grounded holistic wellness and integrative support—honoring the connection between mind, and soul through everyday practices, thoughtful reflection, and compassionate guidance.

Not perfect.
Not overwhelming.
Just supportive, real, and meant to be lived.

A Different Approach to Wellness

Wellness isn’t just physical.

It touches every part of who we are:

• our mind and the stories we tell ourselves

• our body and how we care for it

• our emotions and relationships

• our soul, purpose, values, and connection to something greater than ourselves

A holistic approach honors all of these parts and recognizes that lasting well-being grows when they are supported together.

My Journey

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been fascinated by people.

I’ve always been curious about what shapes us, why we do the things we do, and how we find our way through life’s challenges.

That curiosity first led me to psychology as a teenager and eventually to earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy.

But my education wasn’t the beginning of this journey.

Long before I sat in a graduate classroom, life itself had become a teacher.

I’ve navigated difficult relationships, divorce, single parenthood, blended family life, grief, burnout, major life transitions, financial hardship, and the many unexpected twists that can reshape a life.

Through those experiences, I learned something that no textbook could fully teach:

Healing isn’t about perfection.

It isn’t about having all the answers.

And it rarely happens through pressure or force.

More often, healing begins when we feel safe enough to slow down, become curious, reconnect with ourselves, and take the next small step forward.

Over the years, my professional training and personal experiences have come together to shape the way I approach this work today.

My hope is not to fix people or tell them what to do or who they should be.

It’s to create a supportive space where people can build awareness, reconnect with their own inner wisdom, and move toward meaningful, sustainable change in a way that feels aligned with who they are.

Hi, I’m Sharon

Today, my work sits at the intersection of several things I care deeply about: holistic wellness, emotional well-being, personal growth, meaningful connection, and helping people create lives that feel nourishing, aligned, and sustainable.

Through A Full Cup Life, I share the practices, reflections, resources, and tools that have supported me personally and professionally over the years.

My approach is grounded in both education and lived experience. Alongside a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology, I’ve continued exploring integrative and body-centered approaches that honor the connection between mind, body, emotions, relationships, and daily life.

I believe meaningful healing and lasting change often begin with greater awareness, self-compassion, curiosity, and learning to listen more closely to ourselves.

Whether through coaching, wellness practices, recipes, tea blends, nervous system support, or simple everyday reflections, my hope is to offer resources that help you create a life that feels more grounded, aligned, and supportive from the inside out.

Alongside this work, you’ll usually find me spending time with family, gardening, experimenting in the kitchen, enjoying a cup of tea, or continuing to learn about the many ways we heal, grow, and reconnect with ourselves.

A Full Cup Life is where all of those pieces come together.

A full life isn’t created through perfection…

A moment of reflection.

A choice to begin again.

With warmth,
