- sweetener
- lemon zest
- vanilla
- Stir in:
- flour
- protein powder
- chia or flax
- baking powder
- spices + salt
- tapioca starch
- Fold in ¾ of the berries. Reserve the rest for topping.
- Pour into pan and sprinkle remaining berries on top.
- Bake:
- 8×8 pan: 35–50 min
- Loaf: 45–65 min
- Muffins: 20–32 min
- Cool 15–20 min before slicing
